Thank you for reporting an incident involving a City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) student that may be a violation of the CCC Student Code of Conduct. We take these complaints seriously and want to make you aware of the process under our Academic and Student Policies. The complete policy is linked here.
Upon receiving a complaint, the college Conduct Officer assesses the appropriate categorization of the alleged violation(s) noted on the complaint and determines the type of disciplinary-related action that may be conducted, in accordance with due process.

- If you believe that you have been subjected to or witnessed discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or other conduct which violates City Colleges of Chicago’s EEO Policy, you may file an EEO or Title IX complaint here.
- If your complaint involves matters of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, pregnancy discrimination, and/or any other types of gender-based harm on campus, please fill out the Title IX Complaint Form.
- If you have concerns about a non-emergency safety threat to campus or an individual, please fill out the Person of Concern Form.
In an emergency, dial 9-1-1 and to report any incident criminal in nature, please contact your local Campus Safety and Security.
